Our identify is inspired by the legend of Knuckers, the Sussex water dragon.

We are based in Sussex and have created a unique, low-strength cider that tastes great using sustainably sourced, wonky local apples that we press in East Sussex.

Our orchards make a significant contribution to wildlife and biodiversity. Excess apples often went to waste which is where we step in. By focusing locally we can reduce waste and carbon contribution through less miles travelled.
